I'm attempting to install the software and when I go through the wizard it asks for me to log in. After doing so it just sits there stating it's attempting to log in but never actually does.

The sign-in functionality in the installation wizard is based on Internet Explorer, so it can be related to some IE issue (security permissions, for example). Please try installin from a different PC.
If this doesn't help at all, please send us your SharePoint domain address (with a PM or a message to support@plumsail.com referring to this topic), we'll investigate the logs in our side just in case.
