Flow failing to log tickets


I have a flow that connects a form to our helpdesk instance. It was working fine yesterday. Nothing has changed and now the ticket connector is failing to log tickets. I get this:

I have a few flows that log tickets and none of them are working. The rest of the flow runs it's just the ticket logging that fails. I have remade the API connection and amended it in Power Automate and this has not fixed it.

I have made a brand new flow that is instant and just logs a ticket. This fails in the same way. I used a new read/write API connector for this. I get this in the error header in power automate:

Does anyone have any ideas as to what may be causing this?
