Forms designer gives 'Your trial period has expired' message when used with new web application

Hi,

I have been using Plumsail Forms designer on my SP 2019 server with a specific SP web application, however, I have now activated Plumsail Forms on a second site collection, hosted in a different SP web application (on the same servers which were licensed).

When I open the designer for the list on the second site collection it gives me the message 'Your trial period has expired'. Do I have to have multiple licenses to use it if my sites are hosted in separate web applications on the same server?

Dear @Andrew,
The license should be placed inside root folder of each web application on the WFE server. If it's the same server, you can copy the license from the root folder of the first web application and paste it to the root folder of the new web application.

Thanks for the advice, I have now placed the license in the other web application root folder and forms designer is working as expected.
