We work in a federated organisation. We have one Microsoft domain, but the IT hardware and cybersecurity are different in each country. In one country Plumsail forms are not opening on their laptops. When they view the list and try to open a form it just shows the blue spinning circle but it never opens the form. They have tried using different browsers and clearing the cache but nothing has worked. I'm wondering if it is related to a browser popup blocker. but I don't have oversight over their IT. Has anyone had a similar experience, and how did you resolve it?

Interesting case, in most cases countries shouldn't affect the work of the app and the app should be available world-wide, make sure it's not a proxy or firewall issue, users should be able to access forms.plumsail.com to load scripts and check license status.
