Forms were blank


We experienced a strange situation where all the forms we created were blank. When clicking "New Item" in SharePoint, the form would open but it was blank.

I launched Plumsail Forms and attempted to open one of the forms and i was presented with a pop-up message that said i needed to re-connect Plumsail to my tenant. I've never seen this message before. Once reconnected all the forms worked again.

Can someone explain what happed? This was a major service interruption for us. Thank you.

Was only new forms affected?

How did you reconnected to Plumsail Forms? Have you re-installed form on the tenant?
