Forwarding ticket/email - to email, not another helpdesk

Hi,

We are using Plumsail helpdesk as a ticketing system for emails only.
We are the only department within our company who are using Plumsail.
Sometimes we get emails/tickets that we need to forward to site (without including the requester and ppl who are CC'd in the ticket). Is there a way to forward a ticket to an email address?
The email address won't be part of another helpdesk.
