Having issues when trying to open a new ticket

Hi All

When we try to open a ticket an error message "Something went wrong. Try again later... " appears and then when the page is refreshed, it works fine? Any idea why this is happening?

Hello! Please try to restore the default forms. Clear the browser cache and check whether the issue persists. If it does, open the developer tools (F12), switch to the 'Network' tab. Reproduce the issue and export a HAR file. Then switch to the 'Console' tab and save the logs. Send the collected data and site URL to support@plumsail.com.
