Helpdesk settings not working

The Plumsail Helpdesk Wizard completed without errors, but when I want to see the settings I get this error:

I've tried to create 2 times the helpdesk site, both times I got the same errors.

Hello. Please open your app catalogue, delete the HelpDesk package, download it on your computer and upload the package into the app catalogue again. Let me know whether it helps.
