Hide if Empty Not Working

Hi! I'm creating a document where I need to hide blocks. I'm not sure if I'm formatting incorrectly, but it's not working. Advice please!

Here is the latest data test of my flow:

Hello @aliciahaugen,

Indeed, there is an issue with the formatter at the moment. Please try to use ‘collapse’, i.e. {{variable}:collapse}.

Hi @Petr,

Is there an ETA on that being fixed? Regarding your suggestion to fix, how would I make it conditional?

Finally, I’ve used a few credits in testing this, is there a better way to test flows to not use credits?

This is to inform other community members:

Currently, hide-block-if-empty and hide-block-if formatters work in repeatable sections such as list items or table rows only. We are planning to add support for plain text elements as well, but we don’t have any ETA on this yet.

Hi Anna,

I was wondering if you have any further info on the plain text elements?

Also, is there, or will there be a way to format conditionally. E.g. If a block below is empty, hide the heading?
