How to change the titles of tickets created

Currently, tickets are created and the title of the ticket is whatever is in the subject line from the sender. I would like the title to be different based on what type of request is sent. And then it gets automatically assigned based on what the title is. Can Plumsail take key words like "load" and/or "build" in an email from the sender and give that ticket the title "Please build"?
