How to contact Support


I entered a help ticket with PlumSail on 7/7 due to a licensing issues, and I heard back from them on 7/8. I sent a clarification on 7/8, but I have not heard back yet, and it is now 7/10.

I am still not able to use the Workflow Actions Pack, which has resulted in an outage within our SharePoint online environment for the past 4 days. Does anyone know a way to contact them other than the support email?
