Unfortunately, I couldn't reproduce the issue: links in my test messages were processed properly. Please raise a ticket by sending a message to [email protected]. Please refer to this topic, share sample message files (.eml) and ticket IDs of the accordant tickets.
UPD: Please mention also the URL of your HelpDesk instance.
