I have been getting that error for sometime now as well.

Are you both using the latest version? Can you go to Dev Tools > Sources and show me a screenshot of versions for both webpart and widget:
If you both do, but still get the error, could you export the form for us? Maybe share it here or send it to us to support@plumsail.com

But it doesn't appear on an empty form, does it? There must be something that triggers it - either custom code or presence of some fields/controls on the form. We wanted to get an exported form to potentially debug it, but you could also test and see if you can find the cause.
Also, does it actually cause any issues with how the form behaves?
I doesn't seem to affect the form's behavior.
My form has JS and default values set the form isn't "empty".
I tested it on a truly empty form and the error doesn't appear there.
