Image Previews for JPG Attachments

I'm building a ticket form that will submit a graphic file for approval. Is there a way to have image previews of the attachments in the Comments, Edit and Display forms?

I have a form that allows users to attach images. I want to display the images in the display view of the form (not just list the links) so if they want to print the form, the images will print. What is the best way to do that?
