Interact with 3rd party

HI, We are a company made up of 4 partner companies and would like the ability to assign tickets to an separate external help desk system they run and own via email.

How would i setup being able to assign a ticket to a 3rd party organisations help-desk allowing all updates to be tracked in single ticket allowing full visibility of the interaction between both companies and the life-cycle of the ticket?
