As of 2 hours ago getting an Invalid API key on the Plumsail workflow steps to create or update a ticket. I created a new API key in the helpdesk and used that but it did not work.
After a while it started working again. Not sure if it was "Fixed" or if it cleared up itself. It lasted for almost 3 hours though.

We fixed the bug that lead to the error. It should not recur now.
