Is It Possible to Create a Dynamic Drop-down That Always Displays a Certain Option?

This was a tough thing to search for, as it's relatively specific.

The idea would be to have a dynamic dropdown list that always displays the 'Other' option. So, even while scrolling through options 1-70, option 71 (other) would always display at the bottom of the list for selection.

I filled some cells in Excel and attached a screenshot to help demonstrate.

Hello @bryce_reed,

I would suggest adding a checkbox 'Other' below or next to the drop-down and remove this option from the list.
