I know Org Chart has skins, but I need more flexible way to customize Org Chart. Is it possible to customize Org Chart using CSS?

Sure, you can specify your own CSS styles. Use configuration wizard to define custom styles. Just open configuration wizard and navigate to the third step (plumsail.com/sharepoint-orgchart … l-settings). Then specify css styles you need in the ‘Custom CSS’ field and finish the wizard,
