Is it possible to get a copy of the default triggers?

Hi there! I've got the tickets displaying, but no notifications were being sent out.

Turns out, the default triggers failed to install. Is there a way to get a copy of those and import them, or recover them somehow?

I've consulted with developers and they advised to redeploy triggers for your instance. It will be done on our side and I will notify you about it.

Also I would recommend you to install another HelpDesk instance to avoid any further unexpected issues with the current. Most likely, your last installation wasn't performed correctly due to SharePoint incidents that occurred on the last week several times.

We redeployed triggers for the " CustomerCareTeam" instance and weren't able to do it for "CustomerCare" one due to 404 error (probably, you removed it).
