Hello!

I wanted to add a functionality where if I search for a person's email address, it highlights that person's name in red.

This feature is particularly useful when 50+ emails are concatenated together with a delimiter and its hard to look for the name in that record.

I'm sorry for the delayed reply.

You can either set up a filter for List or Library control or use the browser search functionality (CTRL+F) if all related items are on one page.
