Can I load Knowledge Base Article as a link here?
Created the knowledge base article as Lookup in a list.

Could you clarify a bit your case: do you need the link to a KB article only for display form or for new and edit ones too? Do you need it as a separate field or it should work by clicking on a selected KB article? Maybe some more details you would like to share?

i need it only as a link here for Display and Edit form.
it should load the link from Cascade lookup - that will place the link of the KB article here.
