Manually set IDCounter to value

Hello there,

is it possible to start the IDCounter from a certain value eg. 2000? So the first ticket will be 2000 and continue with 2001, 2002, .....?

Though there is no option to set the IDCounter on the client-side manually, we can do this on our side. Please send me your HelpDesk site URL with a Personal message or drop a message to [email protected] referring to this topic, we'll set a counter to any custom value you want.
