Merging Ticket Not Functioning

When trying to use the merge function in the ticket system it loads this little white box as if it wants to work but freezes. I’ve verified the view is limited to ensure we haven’t breached the 5,000 limit, refreshed my cookies, cache, etc., and tried incognito to see if anything was holding it back.

Hello! Please update the HelpDesk site to the latest version 2.1.53 (Settings > About). Then clear browser cache and check whether the issue is resolved.
