Missing Groups for Forms

I do not have all listed when I attempt to create a new form.

Dear Jennifer,
There are only two rules here:

  1. The groups must be created in root site collection - not on the site itself.
    So, if you have a site URL like this:
    https://domain.sharepoint.com/sites/dev
    The groups must be created here:
    https://domain.sharepoint.com/

  2. The group must have some permissions assigned to it. Be it Full Control or Edit, or any other level of permissions. If the group doesn’t have any permissions at all - it will not show up in the designer.

If you have groups that match both these rules, but still can’t see it in the Form Set settings, please, email us at support@plumsail.com - we’ll need to take a closer look.
