Multiple department vacancy problem

Hello,

I am currently testing the webpart and seem to have run into an issue with the vacancy options. I have created the list and linked it and have added vacancies and they show up in the org chart under the respective manager.

The issue that i’m facing is that once i add more than one vacancy and link it to a department managers email and refresh then when i go and click on the manager box it just keeps loading and doesn’t show any of said managers colleagues. when i remove the managers mail from the vacancy list and refresh then the information for the colleagues load as well as the one vacancy that is linked to the said manager.

The issue also happens when i set levels to expand to 2 the screen just keeps hanging on loading and nothing shows up. Is there a limit to only one vacancy per manager?

It appears the behavior you are describing does not align with any known limitations, so I would like to take a closer look at what might be happening.

Based on your description, my understanding is that drilling down on a manager who has more than one vacancy is currently not working as expected, as shown here:

I installed the OrgChart last week so i assume its the latest and my data source is from Entra ID

Since you are using Entra ID, please ensure the UserPrincipalName attribute is referenced in the ‘Manager’ field. This typically matches the user’s email address (e.g., user@tenant.onmicrosoft.com).
