Multiple Different Departments using the same site but different emails

We have a few different departments that I would like to automate so that when a ticket is created for the finance team versus the operations team it gets assigned to the right group. I see there is a way to create multiple subsites that will all flow into the same helpdesk, but how do I do that with multiple different email addresses? For example, the email CBAfinance@cbalogistics.com should get different tickets than CBAoperations@cbalogistics.com. Is this possible? You can not only assign the tickets to a certain agent but also tag the tickets (set the value for the "Tags" field) and thus define to which department it relates.
