We have recently noticed that tickets goes back to “Pending” after been closed as “Solved”.
Also, when you try to close it again as “Solved”, it will be sending out multiple closed tickets emails to the requester.
Please any solution.
Please check your triggers that could change the ticket status and send E-mails to requesters. If you find such, consider whether you need them. Maybe their behaviour differs from what you expected. Then provide me with screenshots of the triggers and describe what do you want they do.
