My Ticket Column not showing number of tickets


Hi Guys,

I have an issues with one of our agents regarding ‘‘My Tickets’’ not showing the number active tickets. As you can see on the image boxed in red, two tickets are closed and four are yet to completed, but it’s still showing zero on the ‘‘My Tickets’’ column.

Any help will be appreciated…

If it does not help, please provide me with screenshots of your view settings and I will try to find out what can be a reason.
