I am not able to connect to sharepoint forms. I have added the plumsail forms in my tenant and I can see the plumsail webpart on my website as well but its giving me an error. kindly see the image. How to solve this problem?

As I see from our ticketing system, clearing Internet Explorer browser cache did help.
