Where can I edit new ticket form? In form desginer or in forms?

To edit ticket forms you need to use Forms Designer. You can find instructions how to do it and download Forms Designer desktop app here.

Thanks for reponse but I have problem with that. I don’t see forms in Forms Designer when I’m clicking the button. I sent requests to support.
