I've had a Public Form active for over a year and have been receiving an email notification with each form submission no problem. Last Friday, I suddenly stopped receiving email notifications with form submissions despite that I have them enabled for the form. The only thing that has changed is that I had to reset the password for my email account - but the email address is unchanged.
Thank you for the post! I think it would be best if you could contact us via email at [email protected], sharing the email of your account and form URL, so we could check the notifications status.
Seems like the issues is resolved - please, check! We’ve experienced unusually high load of notifications, which caused the problem, but measures have been taken.
