Office 365 Email Settings


We have an On Premise Sharepoint 2013 farm where we have installed a trial version of Plumsail Helpdesk. We are trying to connect to Exchange 365 for email however keep getting authentication failure.

The details we have input are as follows:
Imap server:
Port: 993
SSL ticked

SMTP Server:
Port: 587
SSL Ticked

User can connect to their mailbox at the above location through IE OK.
For testing purposes, firewall has been disabled on our app server

Has anyone come across this before?
