Outlook for Office365 setting page

Hi,
I have just updated to the latest version of the HelpDesk software 2.1.6.
Thank you for latest update.

One thing I notice was this page /HD/pages/Outlook365.aspx but I can't find any infomation about. Can you please let me know does setting allow us to send email through our Outlook Office 365?

Hello Stefen!

Yes, you are right: it allows to connect multiple Outlook 365 boxes and send notifications via them. But it is a testing feature and you can use it on your own risk. The feature is not of the high priority for now and we can't tell you any due date when it will be released into production.
