Picture is not showing on all elements?

Hi,

On some of the elements the Picture is not showing, on others it does, i have Pictures on all elements in AD - is it a file type problem?

Thank you for your question.

Please ensure that pictures are properly synchronized with SharePoint profiles. Open SharePoint admin center (yourdomain-admin.sharepoint.com), navigate to ‘user profiles’ -> ‘Manage User Profiles’ and find profile that has no picture. Ensure that there is a picture in profile properties.
