Plumsail actions taking minutes to complete

This morning (10/3/2018) the Plumsail actions are taking minutes to complete instead of seconds. Is there a way to check why this is occurring.

Due to increased demand in our service are possible some delays, we are constantly monitoring the workload and adds new servers by necessity.

Hi, following up on this topic we are experiencing delays of 15 up to 29 minutes to do a simple DOCX to PDF conversion of a word document no bigger than 500kb how do you monitor this and during which hours?

Isn’t your product a cloud service that can auto increase resources, we been having this issue over the last three months and seems that someone needs to manually intervene to resolve it after being reported?

Hello everyone,

We investigated the issue and here are the steps we are going to implement to improve the situation:

  • Improve monitoring of actions execution
  • Introduce additional fallback techniques and servers to back stability up

We are going to complete the first steps in this process next week. Future two weeks we will be working on it.
