From Data Privacy section on your website it is mentioned that you only collects system logs. Can you please help us with below queries?

  1. How you are collecting system logs, do you request us to send log via email or does it automatically
    collected and send to you?
  2. Where is system log stored?
  3. Does system log has any data resides in SharePoint
