I'm trying to load a custom.css file as per this article Custom Status not showing properly but it doesn't seem to be loading. When I check the Plumsail.Helpdesk object in the console there is property for loading the custom.css file. Is there something I'm missing. as there is no errors in the console, it just seems that it's not the plumsail.helpdesk.custom.js file

The described approach works for HelpDesk up to version 1.5.10 (for classic UI only). If you want to customise ticket forms' styles, you can do this with Plumsail Forms (click a "CSS" button on a ribbon):
