We have a month to month auto-renewing subscription to Plumsail helpdesk. Everyone gets this popup. Why would it show up if we are on auto renew. We get lots of complaints and there is no way to remove it. It blocks a portion of the screen that has the view selection behind it so users can't use that. We need a way to remove this ASAP
