HI, Id like to remove delete ticket option for all agents and only allow site owners this ability. How can i do this?
Please use default SharePoint tools for managing permissions. You can manage them either for a whole site or for a list (the Tickets one):
Site
List
Set the required level of permissions for the group members of which are agents.
