Hello dear engineer- I am having a hard time connecting an existing form to my share point list…what is now showing is an untitled form out of no where and I don’t want to create a new form as the form that was created was from a consultant’s who is no longer working for us.
Many thanks if you could help. I have added the form that was there before (Finance request form) and the form that appear suddenly (untitled form with the name of the consultant showing in the bottom)
