since today with orgchart 3.2.9 on sharepoint online Profle pictures were missing.
In the sharepoint profile picture are ok.
in the property of org chart for picture i got PictureURL
Same here, few day ago profile pictures not longer showing, just a generic profile. Was using the /_layouts/15/userphoto.aspx?size=L&accountname=' + [$Person.email] which always worked fine.
Please advise ASAP.

Yes, there's been a bug with the picture rendering due to some of the recent changes on the Microsoft side of how SharePoint handles account names.
The bug has been fixed in the most recent release of the Org Chart.
Please do a re-install of the add-in as per instruction, it will most likely fix the problem. Also, please clear the browser cache after this.
