Re use contacts list across multiple helpdesk instances?

We're looking to install multiple helpdesk instances for a few different internal support needs for a few different departments. I found documentation on how to setup a power automate flow to bulk import/sync contacts from our M365 tenant. But if we create multiple helpdesk instances, I'm thinking it will be a pain to have to set that up for each instance. Is there a way to use a single contact list across multiple instances of Plumsail Helpdesk?

Hello Jesse! Unfortunately, it is not supported. You need either to synchronise each 'Contacts' list with user accounts in your tenant or do that only for one list and synchronise the latter with that master list (on each item creation or modification).

Please note that the contact synchronisation is not required for functioning HelpDesk sites. If a new contact raises a ticket (through e-mail or web widget), is added to CC of the message addressed to HelpDesk, or logs in to the HelpDesk site, it will be added to the list automatically. Also, the HelpDesk agents can create new contacts manually as needed.
