Rename support mailbox

After renaming the support mailbox in the Microsoft Admin portal, the display name change is not reflected. I have removed and readded the mailbox under settings hoping this would refresh the display name in outbound emails... no luck. How can I update the Display Name for the mailbox sending out email notifications?

OK... Sometime after the change (1hr+) the Display name has been updated. I validated the Display Name change directly from the mailbox and afterwards the HelpDesk now has the update. I doubt the test had anything to do with it and that, more likely, there is a latency between changes in the MS Admin portal and the HelpDesk application.
