Reporting using Tags in report

Hi we are currently testing out the software and enjoying the ease of use.

What we would like to do is be able to use the tags in the reporting, so the reports show issues by tags.\

Please let me know if this is possible.

You can customize the reports.
To do this you need to install Dashboard Designer

Hi can we set up Dashboard using O365 and do you have documentation on how to set the dashboard to report via tags through Helpdesk ?

To add charts to modern pages you need to take the following steps:

  1. Download the app from our website.
  2. Upload it to the App Catalog.
  3. Navigate to the site where you want to add a chart. In this case, to the site where your HelpDesk is
  4. Go to the Site contents → New → App → From Your Organization → pick Plumsail Dashboard Designer.
  5. Navigate to a page where you want to add a chart and insert Dashboard Designer web part:


In this video you can learn how to build a chart. In the Data Source settings, you will be able to specify which list, view and fields are going to be used for building it.

You may take a look at the categories chart and use it as a sample.
