Requests to 'Create XLSX Document from template' time out/hang in Azure Logic Apps

About an hour ago, the requests completed in a few seconds. Currently, the app is still running after 20 minutes and the action still has not completed.

Yes, we have an issue with one of our services. Currently we're fixing it, but some delays are possible during the day.
