Search box never shows results

Hello
We use Org Chart but since we installed and configured it, the search box never shows results.
We are on a sharepoint list (premise SharePoint 2013) of less than 500 entries and following topics see here, we have implemented indexing on two columns of the relevant sharepoint list.
Should we do a special configuration?

Thank you for your question.

Could you please do the following:

  1. Please, create a new page, add there Org Chart and create a demo Org Chart list:

Please, check if the search works with this list.

  1. Then please, configure search in indexed columns for this list and check if it works as expected.

  2. Please, also check if your standard SharePoint search works.

Please, let me know about the results.

Thanks for your support.

I created the demo org chart with the demo list, I activated the indexing of the Title column and restarted the indexing in SharePoint Central Administration? The result is the same :frowning:
I also checked that the classic SharePOint search on this list and it works.

Do you have other ideas?
