Sharepoint 2019 Form Web Part stuck on Loading Data

Hello,

I have a problem with configuring the Forms web part on Sharepoint Server on-prem 2019. When pressing configure the sidebar with configuration options pops and then grays out and a loading data message appears after that nothing happens, I waited for 30 min.

I am logged in as System Account and also tried as Site Collection Admin.

Can you please tell me what am I doing wrong?

Can you open the forms designed with Plumsail Forms?

Please try to re-activate the Plumsail Feature in the Site Settings >> Site Collection Administration >> Site collection features.
