I am building out a form to replace one that currently exists. One requirement is to print the list item/Plumsail form as a PDF. I have the form mostly built and it prints out with the data except for any fields that are rich text/enhanced rich text. Is there a way to get that data to show when printed to a PDF?

Unfortunately, due to how the field is setup, it's not possible to export with PDF export. You can export the Plain Text normally, but Rich Text cannot be exported that way.
A few options here:
- Export the Display Form
- Use Power Automate to generate PDF from template
- Copy value from Rich Text field to Rich Text control or HTML control, hide Rich Text field, and only show the control in PDF export
