We are currently experiencing an issue regarding attaching file to ticket. This is happening
on a widget embedded on one of our SharePoint site, when you create ticket and want to attach file to it, it says The storage is full.
please how do we get this sorted?
Plumsail Forms has its own storage for attachments submitted with it. You can find its volume in a “License” section of Forms in your Plumsail account.
To increase the storage volume and be able to clear it, you have to upgrade the plan you use.
I would like to specify that you encounter storage limitation only in the case of custom ticket forms. If you use the default one, then it uses Plumsail storage.
