I have a list customised by Plumsail SharePoint Forms. When i add it to teams the add new item button does nothing. How can i fix this?

This is a bug in Teams that prevents our code from taking control over certain UI elements. Unfortunately, our only option is to wait for Microsoft to fix these issues:

Yes, the issue is still not fixed by Microsoft. You can post a comment to bring the issue to their attention.
A work around I have used is to setup a new form. Hide the forms designer toolbar so users cannot inadvertently create list items. Then put the list/library control on the form. Add the teams tab by adding a sharepoint tab, navigate to Any SharePoint Site and paste the url of the form.
